Run with the Saints
Saint Joseph Catholic School created the Run with the Saints 5K in an effort to raise money for and awareness of our school, while also raising money for the Saint Vincent de Paul food pantry. The beautiful run through the Shandon community around our school was a success at its first step. Hundreds of runners have taken to the start line to enjoy exercise and fellowship. With the fastest finishers even taking home some cash!

Run with the Saints
Run with the Saints is going virtual!
Due to the recent spike in COVID cases, St. Joseph Catholic School has made the difficult decision to change from an in-person to a virtual race. The safety of our community is of the utmost importance!
The virtual race will be held over a period of two weeks (January 30th – February 13th).
Participants are strongly encouraged to run on the Run with the Saints course, but it is not required.
Participants may also submit their race times on the Google doc that will be provided to all registered runners.
Cash awards and hand crafted age group awards, created by our students, will be given to top finishers (please refer to the race flyer for details on cash awards and age group awards).
Race shirts, for those that registered by January 19th, and goodie bags, will be distributed at packet pick-up on January 29th (from 11:00 to 6:00 at Strictly Running).
Strictly Running will notify award winners by February 15th, and awards will be available for pick-up at the store.

We have been honored to receive generous sponsorships from our community’s biggest supporters, helping to make this race a must-attend for even the city’s most elite runners. In its first year alone, the Run with the Saints was ranked as one of the top 20 races in South Carolina.
