Tuition (FACTS)

Tuition and Fee Schedule 2014-2015

The following is the Saint Joseph Catholic School tuition and fee schedule. Tours of the school are offered throughout the year. Registration for the 2014-2015 school year will continue through February 28, 2014. Ongoing applications are accepted depending upon available space. Registrations received after the February 28 deadline must be accompanied by a $200.00 per family fee. *Registration ends February 28, 2014.  After February 28, the per-family fee will be $200.00 and child(ren) may be placed on a waiting list.

E-Cashier by FACTS Management, Inc.

Saint Joseph Catholic School uses FACTS Management Company to collect and process tuition payments for the school. This year, enrollment in the program got a bit easier. The E-Cashier feature offered by FACTS Management will be used by families to enroll in the program.

Enrollment in E-Cashier is only for those families who have not used FACTS Management at Saint Joseph Catholic School in the past year. Those families who are currently using FACTS must complete their Tuition Re-Enrollment Agreement and will be electronically re-enrolled in the program.

For new FACTS families, the enrollment steps are:

  1. Click  
  2. This will direct you to the FACTS Management Website where you will complete the application process. You must have your checking or savings account information with you at the time of enrollment.
  3. After submitting enrollment information, the bookkeeper from Saint Joseph Catholic School will finalize the agreement with the tuition amount. The tuition will be determined based on the family Enrollment and Family Stewardship Agreements.
  4. Within 2 weeks of the agreement being finalized, FACTS Management will send a confirmation letter regarding the agreement, tuition balance and payment schedule.
  5. The non-refundable enrollment fee will be deducted from the tuition account within 2 weeks of the finalization of the agreement.

If you must make changes to your account during the school year, you must contact the bookkeeper at Saint Joseph Catholic School. Please note that Saint Joseph Catholic School needs five (5) business days prior to a draft date to make any changes to an agreement.
